Over an hour for a mid week delivery and 20 minutes past the anticipated delivery time

Paid for a smoked sausage supper which came with about 12 chips. Asked for saice on other meals…nothing was added. Food was cold

Pizza was in bits and not cooked correctly Fish tasted funny( like cleaning products)

Waited over an hour when I’m 5 minutes away, food arrived but fish supper was absolutely tasteless and for 15.40 you’d expect better quality also what’s with chip shops being scared to use the sauce a tiny wee slither of sauce is ridiculous won’t order from here again. Used to be good but quality and service is far from par

I did order a haggis pudding(fat one) but got the other one instead. I never contacted as by the time it would be sorted the rest of the family would have eaten. It’s not a problem it was eaten anyway but wasn’t as id ordered.

Waited an hour and half,delivery said almost with you on the tracker for almost 50minutes, No answer from restaurant when trying to call. Food was cold and very disappointing when finally arrived.

Pasta was good as always however I was very disappointed with the chips. They weren't very hot, there were a lot of bad ones and the coleslaw was much chunkier and not as nice as normal.

Mushrooms were watery, onion rings were soggy and cold, pakora was poorly flavoured. Food arrived 30 early so no issues there. Very disappointed, will not waste £18 on this again

Never ever get the sauce we ask for and there is no options to add when we choose. Other than that Minerva best chippy around

Ordered two order's 1 hour apart and both were stone cold when delivered, this chip shop is going down hill fast.

Took, well over an hour & when it was finally sent out for delivery, driver didn't come straight here! Cancelled order & expect a full refund

Fish excellent however white pudding was poor - greasy batter and did not taste fresh
